QiroPrint handles your documents with care. Here's what actually happens - and what doesn't.
Document lifecycle
What happens to your file from upload to deletion
Upload → Temp storage → Print → Auto-delete
Encrypted connection from your phone.
Held only until print completes. Not saved permanently.
Sent directly to the printer. No intermediate copies.
Deleted per retention policy. No trace on the kiosk.
Your document flows through QiroPrint and is deleted after printing.
All document uploads and communications are encrypted in transit.
Print Passes expire after 24 hours. Each code is single-use.
No previous customer's information remains on the kiosk display after your session ends.
Payment processing is separate from document access. Your files aren't tied to your payment method.
After each session, the kiosk clears your document data and resets its display.
Each print job can only be released by the person who created it - via their phone or Print Pass code.
